ADAS Calibration Expertise
Manufacturer-specific calibration restores safety systems to precise factory tolerances.
Why AMA Prestige?
Modern driver assistance is unforgiving of millimetres. Any collision repair, glass replacement, bumper refinishing, wheel alignment or suspension work can shift camera and radar aim. We calibrate with manufacturer-specific software, targets and procedures in controlled, flat-floor bays—then validate on-road where required. Our process removes guesswork: geometry checked, ride height confirmed, sensors aimed, faults cleared and results documented. The outcome is simple—lane, cruise, braking and parking systems that behave exactly as your marque intended.
What we deliver
OEM Software & Procedures
We use marque-approved applications, target boards and sequences—no generic shortcuts.
Static & Dynamic Calibration
In-bay target alignment plus on-road routines for systems that require motion.
Camera & Radar Aiming
Forward, surround and parking cameras aligned; long/short-range radar precisely oriented.
Lidar & Ultrasonic Verification
Sensor health, angle and range checks for lidar and proximity ultrasonics.
Steering Angle & Yaw Zeroing
We reset SAS, yaw and lateral acceleration sensors to baseline before calibration.
Alignment & Ride Height Validation
Wheel alignment, tyre pressures and vehicle load set to OEM conditions.
Glass & Bumper Integration
Windscreen replacements and refinished bumpers recalibrated with correct brackets and shims.
Diagnostic Reporting
Pre/post scans, calibration certificates and fault-free validation included at delivery.
What you can expect
Our Process
Confirm repair context, read faults, verify ADAS hardware health.
Select model-specific targets, distances, software and sequences.
Flat-floor bay; correct pressures, fuel/load, ride height and battery support.
Check alignment; rectify if needed to prevent biased aiming.
Position targets; aim cameras/radars; clear faults; store parameters.
Complete manufacturer road routine; verify lane/cruise/parking operation.
Post-scan, printouts, certificate and aftercare/usage guidance.
Technology & Facilities
ADAS precision depends on environment, geometry and software discipline. Our calibration bays are built for repeatability—flat floors, controlled lighting and manufacturer tooling that ensure sensor aim is exact and verifiable.
- OEM diagnostic suites and model-specific calibration targets
- Flat, level calibration bays with measured distances and plumb-laser alignment
- Radar reflectors, corner radar fixtures and camera aiming frames
- Data-logged pre/post scans and calibration certificate generation

Frequently Asked Questions
Every ADAS calibration is unique to the marque, options and recent repairs. These FAQs cover when calibration is needed, static vs dynamic methods, alignment checks, timelines and documentation. For complex sensor suites, book an inspection and we’ll specify the exact OEM procedure.
Do I need calibration after windscreen replacement?
Yes. Forward-facing cameras sit behind the glass; even tiny angle changes demand recalibration. We use OEM targets and software, then verify lane and cruise functions.
Is calibration required after a minor bumper repair?
If radar or parking sensors sit behind that cover, yes. Paint thickness and bracket position can affect aim—we recalibrate to restore correct range and field of view.
What’s the difference between static and dynamic calibration?
Static occurs in-bay with targets and precise distances. Dynamic requires driving a manufacturer-defined route so systems learn and validate in real conditions. Many vehicles need both.
Why check wheel alignment first?
Misalignment biases camera/radar aim because the car’s reference is skewed. We confirm alignment and ride height to OEM spec before any calibration.
How long does calibration take?
Typically 1–3 hours depending on model, system count and whether a dynamic drive is required. We’ll confirm your schedule after assessment.
Will I receive proof it’s been calibrated correctly?
Yes. You’ll receive pre/post scan reports, calibration confirmations and any alignment printouts.
