Do you really use genuine parts for my vehicle?

Yes. We specify genuine parts wherever the manufacturer requires them for safety, performance or warranty. Where alternatives are acceptable, we’ll explain options and implications clearly.

Have you worked with my marque before?

We regularly repair European luxury marques and high-performance vehicles, including BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Porsche, Bentley and Tesla. If your marque is less common, we still follow OEM data and support.

How do you protect the performance of my vehicle?

We treat geometry, cooling, suspension and braking as critical systems. Alignment benches, laser measurement and marque-specific torque and fluid specifications help ensure the vehicle drives as intended after repair.

Are EVs and hybrids treated differently?

Yes. We use EV-safe procedures: HV isolation, controlled heat near battery zones, non-conductive tooling as required and OEM restart protocols. ADAS and range-affecting systems are validated before handover.

Can you match unique colours, trims and finishes?

We use manufacturer-approved paint systems, spectrophotometer colour matching and controlled refinish processes, plus careful handling of unique trims and textures—inside and out.
