Precision Panel & Structural Repairs
Structural integrity restored to factory geometry—panel fit, safety and performance, as intended by your marque.
Why AMA Prestige?
From minor dents to major collision damage, we repair what you can’t see as carefully as what you can. Prestige vehicles rely on precise body structures—materials, joints and load paths engineered to millimetres.
Our technicians follow manufacturer procedures to the letter, using laser-guided measuring, dedicated alignment benches and material-specific welding and bonding techniques. Aluminium, composites and high-strength steels are treated with the right heat, the right fixings and the right adhesives. The outcome is not just a panel that looks perfect—it’s a chassis that tracks straight, a cabin that protects as designed, and a finish that presents flawlessly.
What we deliver
OEM-Approved Structural Methods
Manufacturer procedures for cut points, sectioning, bonding and fasteners—no improvisation. We protect material properties and crash performance.
Laser Geometry Measurement
Bench-mounted and portable laser systems verify datum points, cross-measures and symmetry before, during and after repair.
Alignment Benches & Jigs
Dedicated benches, towers and model-specific jigs realign load paths and restore crash management zones with repeatable accuracy.
Aluminium & Composite Expertise
Rivet-bonding, MIG brazing and controlled heat management for aluminium; correct resin, adhesive and repair limits for composite structures.
High-Strength Steel Repair
Hot-stamped and ultra-high-strength steels repaired or replaced per OEM thresholds—correct weld types, pulse settings and corrosion protection.
Seamless Panel Replacement
Factory-spec panel gaps, seam sealers and NVH treatments. Refit with correct torque values and clip systems to eliminate squeaks and rattles.
Pre & Post-Repair Diagnostics
Full vehicle scans, module resets and fault clearance ensure systems report cleanly before refinishing and hand-over.
ADAS & Wheel Alignment Coordination
We integrate calibration and alignment after structural work so safety systems and drivability are restored together.
What you can expect
Our Process
Visual review, diagnostic scan and baseline measurements to understand visible and hidden structural impact.
We map the approved procedure: sectioning points, bonding/welding methods, parts list and projected timeline.
Vehicle isolated, trims removed, energy paths exposed; protect HV/EV systems and sensitive modules.
Bench set-up, jigging and pulling; laser verification at each stage to restore factory datum points.
Material-specific welding, rivet-bonding or replacement with anti-corrosion treatments and cavity wax.
Correct torque specs, seam sealers and NVH; pre-paint scan, wheel alignment and ADAS calibration as required.
Final measurements, road test and documentation pack confirming OEM method adherence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Every structural repair is unique to the marque, materials and the type of impact. The FAQs below cover how we verify geometry, treat aluminium/composites, manage EV safety, coordinate ADAS calibration and set realistic timelines (including insurer approvals). For complex cases, book an inspection and we’ll outline the exact OEM-approved method.
Will my vehicle be as strong and safe as before?
Yes, when OEM methods are followed. We repair/replace structural members at approved cut points, use specified welds/adhesives, and verify geometry with laser systems. Final QC includes alignment, road test and documentation of all measurements.
Can aluminium or composite structures actually be repaired?
Often, yes, within strict limits set by the manufacturer. Aluminium typically uses rivet-bonding and controlled heat; certain composite parts allow resin-based repair. Where the OEM mandates replacement, we replace.
How long do structural repairs take?
Timeframes depend on impact severity, parts availability, OEM approvals and any calibration requirements. After assessment we provide a clear schedule; we’ll update you at each milestone.
Do you handle ADAS recalibration and wheel alignment?
We coordinate both. Post-repair alignment and ADAS calibration are essential when geometry or mounting points change. Your vehicle leaves tracking straight with systems validated.
What’s different about repairing high-strength steels?
HSS and UHSS require specific weld types, pulse settings and strict heat control. In many cases, replacement is safer than repair—our technicians follow the OEM threshold rules.
Is it safe to repair EVs after structural damage?
Yes—under EV-safe procedures. We isolate HV systems, control heat near the battery, use non-conductive tooling where appropriate and complete OEM restart and diagnostic checks before hand-over.
